The O2 Centre masterplan.
We are delighted that Camden Council’s Planning Committee has voted to approve our proposals for the O2 Centre Masterplan. We have worked incredibly hard over the past four years with local people and the council in order to achieve this and are proud of the Masterplan that we can now begin to deliver.
Our ambition is to create something better than before. The Masterplan takes a car dominated shopping centre at risk of decline and delivers 1,800 new and affordable homes, shops, a supermarket, health centre, community centre and nursery – all surrounded by two new green public parks, a town square and new pedestrian and cycle routes connecting West Hampstead and Finchley Road.
We want to thank everyone who has taken the time to engage with us and helped to shape our plans as they have evolved. If you have any questions or would like to speak to a member of the team, please to get in touch via our contact us page.
The O2 Centre Masterplan is all about creating something better than before.
By transforming the O2 Centre, car park and surrounding land, we can deliver new homes and shops, two public parks, a health centre, community centre, nursery and affordable workspaces, all centred around a new town square.
We are committed to improving transport links and re-providing precious services such as the supermarket, cinema, and gym. We want to create a new and inclusive place that works for the whole community.
